The GSAMS group is in the process of preparing for the 48th Gulf South Aviation Maintenance Seminar.  It is our goal to continue working toward the development and growth of aviation professionals everywhere.  This seminar is directed toward the aviation community in Louisiana and surrounding area.

• The GSAMS Event can only be successful with your participation and sponsorship.

• The event will take place on 27-28 March 2024 with set up for vendor tables/booths 26 March 2024 starting at 1200 noon.

• There may be an opportunity for vendors to make a presentation.

  • Let us know during checkout and we will be in touch.

  • Remember the presentation may be used for Inspection Authorization renewal.

We have space for 44 Vendors.

• Booth space is 10 x 10.

• The charge will include an Exhibit Table, Electrical outlet, Wi-Fi, and admission of your staff at the Exhibit Table.

• Booth location is requested and assigned as payments are received.

Event notification will be accomplished through air agencies/operators, faasafety.gov posting, and distributed flyers.
